Summary We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team at Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute. In this role, you will provide exceptional rehabilitation services to patients of all ages, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being. This position is pivotal in enhancing our patients' quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

Administer therapeutic exercises and evidence-based modalities to promote recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans partnered with DPT's as necessary. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care for a variety of orthopaedic conditions Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.

Requirements

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices. Experience in outpatient orthopaedic setting is preferred but not required.
