Technician

Technician Location: New York, NY Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician with expertise in HVAC systems to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently and effectively. Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and comply with local codes and regulations. Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding system status and repairs.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to HVAC work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC technical training program is preferred.
