Job description
On-the-Job Instructor (OJI) is responsible for supplementing classroom instruction by delivering practical training that provides industry leading support for the Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering organizations. The OJI reports to the Manager-OJT Training, and will support initial and recurrent practical training, along with special projects, as assigned.
The OJI delivers hands on training that may require varied shifts to provide the necessary support for the maintenance organization.
