New Product Development Engineer

YAGEO Group / KEMET Electronics is seeking a New Product Development Engineer to lead product and process development initiatives within our Simpsonville Innovation Center for Tantalum Polymer Capacitors. In this role, you will work at the intersection of research, engineering, and manufacturing to develop next-generation electronic components and advanced materials solutions.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the entire innovation cycle, from concept development and experimental design to pilot-scale implementation and manufacturing launch. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across R&D, engineering, operations, quality, and manufacturing to bring new technologies from the laboratory to commercial reality.
