Director Business Development – Maintenance

The Director of Sales, Maintenance is responsible for leading the strategic growth and expansion of Pattison ID’s Maintenance and Facility Services business across North America. This role serves as a strategic sales leader focused on expanding Pattison ID’s footprint within Facilities, Retail Operations, and Maintenance organizations at major national accounts.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role is responsible for driving profitable recurring revenue growth through preventative maintenance, reactive service solutions, and expanded retail image management programs, while helping to develop the future Maintenance Sales organization across North America.
