Senior Technical BA

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst who thrives on technical investigation, customer-facing interaction, and challenging requirements-gathering processes. This role involves developing a new FE application in the healthcare domain that will replace an existing legacy application, working closely with a team.

Responsibilities

Discover and document the functions of the existing system and business processes Drive features throughout the life cycle Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes inside the Team Communicate with the business and technical stakeholders Collaborate with UX Designers for UI modeling/wireframing Develop product & requirements documentation, guides, and release notes Play the role of Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of the Product Maintain quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of the captured requirements Contribute to Team's Do.

Rs and Do. Ds Drive acceptance testing of implemented backlog items Communicate requirements to UX/UI designers to achieve the desired business goal Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Proficiency in English (B2 and higher), written and spoken Background in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming Hands-on experience with one or more Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Understanding of system integration concepts Expertise in web applications design Skills in critical thinking with a customer-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative approach Capability to dig into data to validate assumptions Showcase of stress resilience and a can-do attitude
