Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams—supporting Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success with partner enablement, solution briefs, and FAQs. Define and document integration functionality, API guides, implementation playbooks, and configuration standards across partner platforms. Provide partners with access to sandbox environments, supporting documentation, and technical testing resources. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus. 5+ years of experience in tech sales, business development, or technical account management, with 3+ years specifically in partnerships, strategic alliances, or ecosystem growth at a SaaS or cloud-native supply chain/WMS company. Demonstrated track record of identifying, negotiating, building, and scaling strategic technology partner ecosystems (ISVs, integration platforms, robotics, carriers, or marketplaces). Strong technical understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, webhooks, and cloud integrations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Excellent consultative negotiation, leadership, and executive communication skills. Startup mindset with a strong bias for action and a passion for building programs from zero to one. The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on years of experience.
