Position Summary
Lead HVAC is a working supervisor, and he/she is responsible for fulfilling the technical aspects of the HVAC maintenance in the contract, ensuring that facilities are well maintained and operable, and for managing the HVAC maintenance staff under his/her supervision. Assigns and schedules work, answers questions, and serves as a quality control inspector.
Interfaces with subcontractors on all requisitioned work assignments to achieve full contract compliance are also required.
