The successful z/OS Operations Analyst will work within a high-volume, mission-critical application portfolio that underpins more than $3 billion in annual benefit transfers and supports the accurate and timely processing of more than 3 million payments each year.

This role contributes to the stability, coordination, and continuous support of business-critical systems essential to frontline service delivery. Summary of the Role The z/OS Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting application operations and production control activities within a high-volume, business-critical environment.

This role ensures the reliable execution of operational processes, scheduled jobs, batch cycles, and maintenance activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. The successful candidate will contribute to the stability, continuity, and effective day-to-day support of enterprise systems that are essential to ongoing service delivery.
