Job description
Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for a ROV Supervisor for a worlwide project. Mission:
- Oversee the safe and timely execution and completion of ROV Maintenance and operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations Tasks: Coordinate and carry out ROV operations, ensuring technical and safety compliance
- Find faults on all ROV mechanical / hydraulic / electronic / electrical / control sub-systems
- Carry out ROV piloting and ROV manipulator operations
- Mobilise and demobilise ROV systems on-board vessels and barges
- Maintain and operate the complete ROV System including the winch, A-frame
- Carry out safety and operational briefings
- Establish objectives of dives or projects and brief operations crew accordingly
- Communicate operations updates/problems from field to base as frequently as possible
- Deploy ROV on a project and/or the start-up or stoppage of a particular operation project
- Steer and control the activities of field service personnel assigned to specific projects
- Provide technical support as required for the installation, servicing and repair products and equipment
- Participate in pre-project planning
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of offshore operations
- Monitor crew moral and actions
- Initiate post job reports
- Maintain up-to-date records, logs, crew hours, etc., that pertain to the project
- Produce dive logs (written/oral/video) for presentation to client
- Read and understand complex technical drawings, adding any changes to documents for later reference
- Design and fabricate ROV tooling to Assist in the completion of the project Requirements REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates having Innovator Experience Schilling HD Experience Experience in triton, XL; XLX, XLS systems. Candidates should have good English level such as B1. Workclass ROV experience, such as Triton Xl, XLX, XLS systems. Schilling HD experience. Pilot hours preferred to be >500hrs Offshore experience – 6 – 8 years CAAS unit – 27 -30/31-34 Benefits Project, flag: Various Offshore Vessels Location: Offshore Position: ROV Supervisor Contract start: ASAP Contract duration: 31.12.2025 and renewable Work/leave rotation: 35 calendar days on site followed by 35 calendar days of leave Working hours: 7 days per week/12 hours per day Salary: To be confirmed Insurances: Insurance D&D: Provided Life Insurance: Provided Medical Insurance: Provided Income Protection: Provided Flights: Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle. In accordance with the Company’s travel policy applicable at the time of the travel and within the booking capabilities of the Company, the latter will provide a prepaid air ticket from the departure airport nearest to the domicile of the Employee to the Work Location at commencement and termination of the employment and at the beginning and the end of each Leave Period. The Employee will be liable for any excess baggage costs.
