We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality to join our team. A server assistant's primary role is to help servers and provide a good dining experience for guests. Their responsibilities include: Setting tables: Set tables with the right silverware, glassware, and dishes Refilling drinks: Refill drinks and clear empty glasses as needed Clearing tables: Clear dirty dishes and glasses from tables Resetting tables: Prepare tables for the next guests Running food: Run food to tables in a timely manner Greeting guest: Greet guests and provide them with menus as needed Stocking supplies: Ensure supplies are stocked before, during, and after shift Communicating: Communicate effectively with the FOH and BOH to ensure timely service Assisting with special needs: Respond to any special needs and requests quickly, and relay them to the server or manager, if necessary Qualifications: Server assistants should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds, and possess organizational skills. They should also be able to adapt in a changing environment. They should also be able to lift 50+ lbs. and be on their feet for 4+ hours.
