Presales Solution Architect – Digital Workplace Services

• Support solution design, proposal development, and customer engagements across Digital Workplace Services opportunities.

• Combine strong workplace domain expertise with emerging AI-driven workplace technologies to develop innovative and competitive solutions.
• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into tailored, AI-enabled Digital Workplace solutions.
• Clearly articulate the business and technical value of proposed solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Practice, and Technology teams to build differentiated offerings and win strategies.

• 8–12 years of experience in Digital Workplace Services, End User Computing (EUC), or IT Infrastructure Services.
• Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, consulting, or technical sales support.
• Knowledge of Workplace AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI assistants, and automation-driven workplace solutions. Experience using Generative AI tools for:
• Proposal development
• RFP/RFI responses
• Solution documentation
• Content acceleration Strong expertise in:
• Service Desk & End User Support
• Field Services
• Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
• Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
• Endpoint Analytics & Automation
• Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Intune, and Teams
• Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and VDI technologies
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, workplace transformation, and operational service models.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and client-facing communication skills, combined with commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Support end-to-end solutioning for Digital Workplace Services opportunities.
• Develop solution architectures, service descriptions, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled workplace solutions that improve:
• Employee experience
• Productivity
• Operational efficiency
• Define assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, risks, customer responsibilities, and third-party responsibilities.
• Ensure solutions align with customer objectives, operational requirements, and delivery capabilities.

1. Presales & Bid Support

• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and client presentations.
• Conduct customer discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and assessments. Develop:
• Solution proposals and response documents
• Client presentations and bid-orals decks
• Executive narratives and supporting solution artefacts
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate proposal development, solution documentation, and content creation.
• Address technical, operational, and commercial questions related to proposed solutions.

1. Estimation & Commercials

• Develop effort estimates, costing inputs, resource models, and technology requirements.
• Work with Pricing, Finance, and Delivery teams to validate solution cost, feasibility, and competitiveness.
• Participate in solution reviews, risk reviews, and commercial approval processes.
• Ensure proposed commitments are measurable, deliverable, and commercially viable.

1. Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams to build differentiated offerings and win strategies.
• Engage OEMs, product vendors, and technology partners as required.
