We are a leading provider of student accommodation in Australia. We currently have the capacity to provide a home to 20,000 students (and are growing) and we don't simply provide a bed and roof; we also provide a unique, amazing experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.

THE ROLE Initiate and run programs for residents that will assist in their development socially, culturally, and academically. Participate in the running of Orientation Programs, ensuring a smooth transition at the start of each Semester. Maintain an excellent knowledge of and share services available to residents within the Scape family, universities, colleges, and the local community, and how to access them.

Be a source of advice and assistance to residents, supporting their university experience. Make a point of knowing residents in your area and encourage feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Several casual roles are currently available, with a start date from Monday 5th of October 2026 (subject to required documentation).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You’re a customer service superstar that thrives when working with people. You’ll be high energy, driven and detail focused. Enjoy working in a fast-paced diverse environment, building strong relationships comes naturally and a genuine team player. The below minimum criteria also apply: You will be a resident at the property in the period you wish to be employed.

You will be a student in the period you wish to be employed. You have not received any breach notifications whilst living at the property. Strong communication skills. Submitted all required documentation (CV and cover letter) before the application deadline of 11:59pm, Monday 21st of September 2026. Have or are willing to secure a Working with Children check.

Please note, these checks can take a few weeks to be completed and any costs associated with obtaining the WWCC is borne by the candidate. Available to work evenings and weekends. Available to work at least one Semester. RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND KEY DATES Application closes by 11:59pm Monday 21st of September 2026. Video screening: Candidates selected to progress will be informed by Tuesday 22nd of September and will be required to submit a 2-minute video screening by 11:59pm Thursday 24th of September.

Group interview: Candidates shortlisted from video screenings will be asked to attend a Group Interview from 2-4:30pm, Tuesday 29th of September.
