Lead II - Software Testing (Playwright, Python)

Experience: 7 to 9 years. We are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will lead test strategy, build scalable automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality software delivery across applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Perform API, UI, performance, and regression testing Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality standards Mentor junior QA/SDET team members Requirements: Strong programming skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript) Experience with automation tools

• Playwright. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Solid understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC Experience with API testing and frameworks (REST Assured, Postman) Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling). Experience in the financial domain or understanding of investment banking workflows.
