Freight Account Manager

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless shipping experience.

What You’ll Do: Understand and document the client’s success criteria and use to build clear standard operating procedures (SOP). As the client’s needs evolve, you will refine the client’s success criteria and SOP. Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination.

You will handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge. Collaborate with your supply chain operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the shipment lifecycle. Work with existing accounts to grow using our processes. Step in to fill gaps in process or implement improved processes as needed.

What We Look For: 2+ years of previous experience working at a 3PL brokerage. 2+ years of over-the-road trucking experience. 1+ years of sales and/or account management experience. Previous sales and/or account management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree.
