Project Management - Senior Manager - L5

Position: Project Manager Relevant Experience: 10 -15 Years Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Pune/ Mumbai/ New Delhi Notice Period: Immediate Job Description: Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines. The role acts as the key point of coordination between customers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards.

Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with customers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews. Provide clear and concise project reporting to leadership teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project issues proactively.

Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Maintain risk, issue, and decision logs. Escalate critical concerns appropriately and drive resolution. Resource & Financial Management Coordinate cross-functional resources and project teams. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Track project effort and resource utilization. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance frameworks. Maintain project documentation and audit readiness. Support change control processes and project assurance activities.

Required Skills

& Experience Essential Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing budgets, risks, and project reporting. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Planner. Preferred Experience delivering technology, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, or business change projects. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and cloud services. Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent certification.
