Curious and innovative problem solvers looking for the chance to meaningfully shape the future of cardiac health, our company, and your career About This Role: Position: Inventory & Logistics Analyst, GBS Reports to: Director, Inventory & Logistics Location : GBS Job Overview: The Inventory & Logistics Analyst is responsible for monitoring demand, setting optimal field inventory levels by account, executing inventory adjustments and replenishment shipments, and managing shipping exceptions.

As a trusted internal resource, the Inventory Analyst collaborates closely with internal teams and carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to drive inventory optimization and mitigate disruptions through data-driven decision-making and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily inventory reporting. Analyze customer demand trends and inventory consumption patterns to identify optimal inventory levels. Execute inventory adjustments to maintain target service levels while minimizing excess inventory. Identify and escalate inventory supply risks; lead mitigation planning with internal stakeholders to minimize customer impact and ensure continuity of supply.

Responsible for managing inventory aging/expirations and asset recovery across accounts. Drive aggressive recovery efforts. Prepare and present inventory performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all stakeholders and i.

Rhythm associates. Identify processes in need of improvement and recommend enhancements or changes to those processes. Adhere to corporate policy and HIPAA standards in handling patient data Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, operations, customer account management, or a related role. Demonstrated ability to analyze demand trends, inventory performance, and supply chain data to develop actionable recommendations and inventory strategies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP, BI, AI, inventory management, forecasting, or supply chain planning systems.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external partners. Proven ability to identify supply risks and evaluate potential business impacts, Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
