Data Security & Privacy: Handle borrower nonpublic personal information (NPI) with care, following our data security and privacy standards at all times.

Reporting: Monitor and report on pipeline status, aging file reports, and purchase timelines so nothing slips through the cracks. Documentation: Maintain clean, well-documented loan files and update the LOS and tracking systems. Continuous Improvement: Help flag trends and recurring issues so we can keep improving our processes and file quality.
