Responsibilities
Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients Work with our Market Analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports. Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations Work on documentation related to transaction management; building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.
Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients. Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients post-sales support Help mount and attend various client engagement activities· Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate clients. Skills & Experience At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills Great organizational & interpersonal skills.
