Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience operating spotting trucks, yard tractors, hostlers, or day cab tractors Valid CDLA, active medical card, and acceptable driving record High school diploma or GED Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience operating yard spotting equipment with a hydraulic fifth wheel Experience working in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments Experience coordinating trailer movements and transportation documentation
