Part Time Cook

Schedule: Friday & Saturday | 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Prepare food of consistent quality by following recipe cards, as well as production and portion standards, based on orders from servers. Assist as a counter attendant as needed to support overall restaurant operations. Properly date all food containers and rotate products in accordance with Graham Hotel Systems’ hospitality standards, ensuring all perishables are stored at appropriate temperatures.

Maintain inventory logs, assist with ordering products, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Check par levels for each shift, determine necessary preparation, complete freezer pulls, and ensure proper line setup. Communicate any out-of-stock items or potential shortages promptly. Perform daily cleaning of the dining and prep areas, including guest tables and kitchen spaces.

Secure and store all food, beverage, and equipment at the end of each shift. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
