The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR leader for the Newnan Distribution Center, partnering closely with distribution center and HR leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, safety, and performance. This role leads all aspects of human resources, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, workforce planning, team member relations, retention, leadership development, training, and regulatory compliance. The Human Resources Manager drives workforce stability, strengthens leadership capability, and delivers HR solutions that support operational excellence.
