Associate Property Manager

The Associate Property Manager plays a key role in the daily operation of Palisades Village, a fully operating mixed-use retail and residential property. This position supports the Property Manager in delivering an exceptional tenant, resident, and guest experience; overseeing property services and maintenance; supporting budgeted operating objectives; and maintaining effective administrative, financial, compliance, and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across retail, residential, facilities, concierge, security, hospitality, housekeeping, parking, marketing, events, vendors, and ownership.
