About the Role
Love creating delicious, home-style meals that bring people together? We're looking for a passionate Casual Cook to support our hospitality team and deliver nutritious, high-quality dining experiences for our residents. Nestled in Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches, Narrabeen Glades offers a welcoming workplace surrounded by a vibrant community and stunning coastal lifestyle.
What You'll Do
Prepare nutritious and appetising meals that meet resident needs and preferences Deliver high-quality food service in line with menu requirements and service schedules Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards Assist with stock control, deliveries, and minimising food waste Support kitchen operations and catering services to ensure smooth daily delivery Build positive relationships with residents and contribute to a great dining experience Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and hospitality team to deliver exceptional service Benefits & Rewards Casual opportunities available Flexible shifts across a 7-day rotating roster Competitive hourly rates plus penalty rates and 12% superannuation Paid parental leave and flexible public holiday options Ongoing learning and development through the Opal Health.
