Data Privacy and Data Security Attorney (Part Time or Contract Attorney)

Kean Miller is currently seeking a part-time, reduced hours, full time, or contract attorney to join the Data Privacy and Cyber Security practice.
Experience & Qualifications Two to four years’ experience handling data privacy, data security, and incident response matters, including breach triage, containment, documentation, and regulatory compliance steps Experience triaging data breaches and cyber incidents, coordinating notifications, containment strategies, and compliance obligations Skilled in drafting and reviewing privacy and security policies, internal privacy management frameworks, and compliance documentation Experience reviewing and negotiating master service agreements, SaaS licenses, data processing addenda, and other data-related commercial contracts Experience evaluating vendor management programs and assessing privacy and data security risks in software licensing and outsourcing arrangements Ability to assist with information-sharing issues, regulatory examinations, incident investigations, and responses to inquiries from administrative or legislative bodies Strong written and oral advocacy skills, excellent legal research and analytical abilities, and outstanding academic credentials.
CIPP/US or similar privacy certification is highly valued What Kean Miller offers Benefits are based on position.
