We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for taking care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and quality, where your role will include key responsibilities such as: Prepare menus in collaboration with the team members Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen.

Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.) Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in setting up and supervising buffets and special functions Put effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality Enforce strict health and hygiene standards Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation Experience: Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required Pre-opening experience is an advantage Requirement: Proven work experience as a Chef De Partie Active listening and effective communication skills Flexibility to work in shifts Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Should you believe that you are the right candidate for the role, please apply online ONLY by submitting your full updated CV, featuring a recent photograph.
