Garage Door Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Garage Door Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses find the right garage door solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site consultations and measurements for residential and commercial garage door projects. Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and confidently present product options, features, and benefits to customers. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending customized garage door solutions.

Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community outreach. Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, pricing, and competitor offerings. Coordinate closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through project completion. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and follow-up communications.

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Role Requirements: Previous sales experience required; experience in the garage door, building materials, construction, or home improvement industry preferred. Strong understanding of garage door products, materials, and installation processes, or the ability to quickly learn technical product knowledge.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (or ability to operate a company-provided vehicle).
