What you’ll do Own the sales process from first inquiry to move-in: qualify leads, learn each family’s needs and timing, and guide them to a decision Lead personalized tours that connect our independent and assisted living options, pricing, and full continuum of care to what matters most to each prospect Manage an active pipeline in our CRM, with consistent follow-up and reporting on tours, deposits, and move-ins against occupancy goals Grow referral relationships with hospitals, physician practices, rehab providers, and other local partners Represent Bristol Glen at senior fairs, outreach, and on-campus events that generate qualified leads Partner with the Sales Director on strategy and with community teams to make every move-in smooth and welcoming What you’ll need Required: Associate's degree 2+ years of sales experience in senior living Comfort with Microsoft Office and a CRM or sales software Availability Tuesday through Saturday Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Experience with Health.
