About The Role

As an Yankee Home Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners to understand their needs and present customized solutions that improve their homes. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll build trust, demonstrate product value, and guide customers through the decision-making process. Qualified appointments are scheduled for you, allowing you to focus on delivering a great customer experience and closing sales.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proven track record of achievement with examples of past success in work, school, and other areas Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rappor Basic technological aptitude, including comfort using tablets, mobile apps, and CRM systems Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers in their homes Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and clearly present solutions Ability to effectively manage time and work independently in a field-based role Positive attitude and a willingness to learn through training and coaching We Will Provide Benefits
