Lead Strategic Initiatives: Initiate and manage scalable solutions and programs aimed at enhancing the overall buyer journey and improving delivery speed. Your work will be critical to improving both seller and buyer experiences. Drive Project Execution: Assist in the end-to-end implementation of key projects, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with the Commercial team’s strategic objectives and delivered on time.

Provide Data-Driven Insights: Identify analytical and reporting needs for the commercial team. You will critically evaluate and define business metrics, providing insightful, data-driven recommendations to support continuous business improvement. Optimize Processes: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their pain points and scope problems.

You will then enhance internal processes through automation and other strategic improvements to boost team productivity. Communicate Effectively: Translate complex data and insights into clear, illustrative presentations and dashboards. You will be responsible for communicating strategic recommendations to business leaders in a compelling and understandable manner.

Data Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to process and analyze large datasets. Strong logical reasoning to troubleshoot data discrepancies and understand the underlying business logic behind data structures. SQL proficiency is a plus Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to effectively collaborate with and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and business development teams, to identify challenges and drive impactful solutions.

Strategic Problem-Solving & Execution: Strong analytical skills to identify operational bottlenecks, develop data-driven strategies, and implement practical solutions that accelerate key processes and optimize team performance for speed-related programs.
