Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to take full ownership of its truck & vehicle fleet – keeping it safe, compliant, cost-effective and on the road.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and optimize daily fleet operations and vehicle utilization. Manage preventive maintenance, workshop and service providers. Monitor fuel usage, tracking/telematics and driver performance. Ensure roadworthiness, licensing, permits and cross-border compliance. Lead health & safety, incident management and insurance claims.

Control the fleet budget and report on costs and KPIs. Supervise, train and develop drivers and fleet staff. Role Requirements Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport or Supply Chain Management. Cross border fleet management non-negotiable, ideally including Zambia, DRC, Botswana and Zimbabwe. Minimum 5 years' fleet management experience, including 2 in a supervisory role.

Sound knowledge of the Road Traffic Act and SADC cross-border requirements. Experience with fleet management / telematics systems and MS Excel. Valid driver's license (Code C/EC an advantage). Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills. Based in, or willing to relocate to, Walvis Bay
