Responsibilities

and Duties Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the client or job-site supervisor. Load, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, tools, and equipment. Assist with construction, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, and maintenance projects. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards.

Follow all workplace safety rules, procedures, and supervisor instructions. Lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required by the specific assignment. Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment, materials, and event spaces when needed. Use basic hand tools and equipment when appropriate and authorized. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

Arrive on time, follow scheduled work hours, and communicate professionally. Complete assigned duties efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Report any safety concerns, injuries, or job-site issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications

and Skills Dependable, punctual, and ready to work. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the assigned position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials as required by the specific job.

Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not always required.

Ability to meet any assignment-specific requirements, including applicable certifications or licenses, when required.
