Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Promote and sell Microsoft products and services, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure licenses. Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions. Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools. ​ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
