What You’ll Do Deliver attentive and professional customer service.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, service needs, and recommendations. Partner with technicians to identify vehicle issues and present solutions. Introduce appropriate maintenance programs tailored to customer needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Represent Acura’s commitment to excellence with a polished and professional demeanor.

Enjoy being part of a fun and supportive team! What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience. Strong active listening and communication skills. Knowledge of vehicle mechanical and technical concepts. CDK is a plus , Computer proficiency. High attention to detail and organizational skills. A polished, professional appearance and team-oriented mindset.

Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
