Position Overview

As an Intern you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wholesale grocery industry, contribute to meaningful projects, and better understand what goes into running one of the largest privately held companies in the US.

Job Description Responsibilities: Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights. Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies Gain exposure and knowledge on department functionalities Develop positive professional relationships across departments Complete special projects as assigned by your manager Complete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives Support the Commercial Tech team with systems automation from a technical perspective, evaluating and streamlining processes for data flow into and out of Salesforce across C&S Family of Companies.

Assist with technology initiatives, including the Meat sales app, digital sell sheets, mobile applications, and AI opportunities, to empower the sales team with technology to drive sales. Utilize Salesforce, mobile phone applications, and AI technology tools to support systems automation and process streamlining. Interact and collaborate with members of the Commercial Tech team, the sales team, and cross-functional partners across C&S Family of Companies.

In good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0 Currently majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proficient with Google’s suite of products preferred Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
