Your Next Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a casual Amenity Cleaner to join our team at our South West Rocks Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager , you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, safe and inviting environment to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents and having fun while doing it!

Primary Objective To facilitate and directly support the efficient operation of the Park or Community by ensuring the rooms and facilities of the site are clean to the highest standard.

Key Accountabilities Housekeeping Clean rooms and other work areas so that health standards and guest standards are met Carry linen, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies to areas to be cleaned Empty bins and transport waste to appropriate areas Ensure all appliances are clean and in working order Remove expired food from fridge/s Replenish supplies in rooms and other areas Disinfect equipment and supplies Observe precautions required to protect the site and guest / resident property, report damage, theft and found articles to Site Manager Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean and tidy Dust and polish furniture and equipment Sweep, scrub, wax or polish floors using brooms, mops or powered scrubbing and waxing machines Wash windows, walls, ceilings and wooden surfaces as necessary Request repair service from the Maintenance department Assist with stocktake of housekeeping stock and amenities Ensure all common areas are kept in a clean and tidy state Any other duties as assigned by management Teamwork Treat all management and fellow team members with respect to support a team environment and provide high levels of service and support Develop professional relationships with your team members to ensure optimal communication, efficiency and productivity Participate & contribute to meetings and make suggestions for continuous improvement Workplace Health and Safety Comply with Ingenia’s WHS Policy and Procedures and any reasonable instructions from any supervisor/authorised representative of the company concerning health and safety matters Participate in identifying, assessing and controlling risks and hazards in the workplace Report any accident/injury/hazard in the workplace to your manager and the Health, Safety and Environment team Technical Skills / Qualifications Current “C” class drivers licence (site dependent) National Police check Experience / Requirements Keen eye for detail Able to work with minimal supervision Well organised and time conscious Excellent customer service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of rubbish bins, linen, cleaning supplies and equipment Use of site buggy Use of broom, mop, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment Repetitive use of muscular force, bending, twisting and stretching when carry out cleaning tasks Frequent walking around the site and up and down stairs to cabins Use of cleaning products and chemicals Use of PPE such as rubber gloves and facemasks Culture and Benefits In return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks...
