About the Role

As a Retail Salesperson, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean, organized, and appealing sales floor .

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, assess needs, and recommend products to enhance shopping experience Sales Support: Provide accurate product information, answer questions about merchandise, promotions, and store policies . Transaction Processing: Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately and efficiently .

Merchandising: Keep shelves stocked, arrange displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor . Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, ticketing new merchandise, replenish merchandise, and follow inventory procedures . Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly .

Team Collaboration: Communicate with colleagues and management to optimize sales efforts and meet targets Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Product knowledge and willingness to learn new merchandise ranges Cash handling and POS system proficiency Attention to detail and organizational skills
