Resident Support – Part-Time Monarch Landing | Naperville, IL 10:00 AM–6:30 PM | Every Other Weekend | $17/hour Join Our Team! Monarch Landing is Naperville’s premier Life Plan Community, located near Route 59 and I-88. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, hospitality-minded Resident Support team member to help create a welcoming, comfortable home for our residents.

In this role, you’ll work as part of a household team supporting residents with meal service, kitchen duties, laundry, and daily household needs while promoting a person-centered environment where residents have choices and remain involved in their home.

Wash dishes and remove trash after meals. Monitor and assist with household laundry, including folding and putting away clean clothing.

Work with team members to keep the household running smoothly according to resident preferences. Encourage residents to participate in daily activities and household decisions. Treat each resident’s suite and household as their home and respect their privacy and personal choices. Maintain confidentiality of resident and care information.

Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to residents, families, guests, and coworkers. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Previous skilled nursing or senior living experience preferred. Food service sanitation course must be completed within 30 days of hire. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good judgment and the ability to remain calm in emergencies. Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively in English, and perform basic arithmetic.
