Equipment Facilities and Services Assistant

You will serve as a Equipment, Facilities and Service Assistant at TRAVEL PROCESSING CENTER Memphis

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-6) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Coordinating projects, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines;
2. Maintaining accurate records, organizing information, and updating databases;
3. Identifying basic equipment and facility maintenance or repair needs and coordinating service support;
4. Scheduling, preparing documents, and processing facilities support requests; and
5. Communicating with staff, customers, and service providers.
