  1. Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
  2. Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.
  3. Collect and review data and documents for vendor invoice issuance.
  4. Control the vendor invoice issuance process, including supporting data.
  5. Availability of operational methods that meet commercial demands General Responsibilities
  6. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
  7. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
  8. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
  9. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred), Economics , or Logistics .
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome ; candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a logistics company are preferred.
  3. Proficient in using SAP, AutoCAD, Visio, and Microsoft Excel .
  4. Basic understanding of MK3L (Safety, Health, Environment, and Security) principles. Join us and help create the future of logistics!
