Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift
Job description
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for supporting equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Tube Finishing operation. Reporting to the Maintenance/Engineering Manager, this hands-on leadership role provides daily direction to maintenance technicians, promotes safe work practices, drives uptime and asset performance, and partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance experience, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety, accountability, and team development.
