Legal Legal Counsel – Corporate Banking Legal Switzerland (80%-100%)

Your Role

As part of our team, you will provide pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice to UBS's Corporate Banking business in Switzerland. You will advise on lending, leasing, trade finance and cash management solutions, support the structuring and execution of transactions, and help identify and manage legal and regulatory risks across a broad range of business activities.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, control functions and external counsel, while contributing to strategic projects and selected digital transformation initiatives that support the continued evolution of our products, services and processes. What you bring
