Engine Product Support Sales Representative

Main Responsibilities Provide technical and commercial support to an assigned customer portfolio; Follow up with customers regarding equipment repairs and spare parts sales; Prepare and present commercial proposals for parts and services; Strengthen and develop after-sales and commercial customer relationships; Maintain and update customer equipment fleet records; Enter and update customer and proposal information in the CRM system; Prepare proposals in line with ongoing campaigns and promotions; Identify and request all materials required for project execution.

Requirements

High school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent qualification; Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (preferred); English language skills, both spoken and written; SAP knowledge (preferred); Valid driving licence. Profile Strong customer and results-oriented mindset; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Good organizational, planning, and priority management skills; Dynamic and proactive commercial profile; Initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
