Verify vehicles that have been delivered and picked up. Enter vehicle information into computerized system. Assist brokers with follow-up and the enter required information into our systems. Billing Dispatch Assistant Job Requirements Must have strong communication skills with both internal personnel and external customers Excellent phone skills Strong computer skills Problem solving abilities Bi-lingual Spanish preferred Highly dependable Must be able to work 40 hours and have reliable transportation Working Conditions Job duties are primarily performed in an office environment Schedule Generally, Mon – Friday 9-6 Must be flexible. Some Saturdays will be required.
