Facilities Manager

The City of Roanoke is seeking a Facilities Manager to serve in the Department of General Services and Sustainability. The Facilities Manager is required to manage the Facilities Management & Custodial Services divisions. In coordination with the Facilities Superintendent, the Facilities Manager will manage the city-owned buildings- plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, paint, and custodial staffing.
