Health Care Assistant / Medical Assistant

POSITION TITLE: Health Care Associate (HCA) LOCATION: Rutland, VT HOURS: Full Time 36 hrs/wk, Hourly (Non-Exempt) UNION MEMBERSHIP: This position is represented by AFT union in VT POSITION PURPOSE: HCAs support the delivery of comprehensive sexual and reproductive healthcare by serving as the first point of contact for patients in our health centers, administratively and clinically.

This role will ensure outstanding customer service while also working in collaboration with the health center team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
