Medical & Employer Paid: Dental and Vision Parental Leave 401k and Employer Match Paid time off and holidays Tuition reimbursement Paid On the Job Training Performance incentive bonuses Talent Referral Bonus Program Employee Centric Culture WHAT YOU WILL DO: Prepare monthly and year-to-date financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement Prepare journal entries and analyze balance sheet accounts at month-end and year-end Reconcile subsidiary ledgers, inter-company accounts, and payroll and operating bank accounts Prepare year-end analysis and back-up for the annual audit Help run the annual budget process and strengthen internal controls Monitor fixed asset projects and retire assets as needed Lead, coach, and develop your team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in a manufacturing setting.
