Lead Salesforce Developer – Experience Cloud / LWR – $65-70/hr W2 – Phoenix (Hybrid) Architect the digital front door for a state agency's external users. An Arizona state agency needs a hands-on Lead Salesforce Developer to own the end-to-end architecture of its Experience Cloud platform, the sites where the public actually interacts with state services, from template strategy through security models, CI/CD, and high-volume automation.

• design security and identity models (External Identity, SSO, Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing)
• build modular, high-performance LWCs optimized for LWR
• implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS personalization
• design Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume external transactions
• integrate Data Cloud, ERP, AWS, and Marketing Cloud via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials
• define CI/CD and branching strategy for Experience Cloud metadata
• enforce coding standards and mentor developers Required: Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years as a Salesforce Developer
• 5+ years as a Lead Salesforce Developer
• Phoenix-area resident (current city on resume)
• authorized to work without sponsorship, W2 only Preferred: Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) depth
• LWR mastery
• Salesforce CLI / SFDX
