Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers Execute closing and opening duties as assigned Demonstrate Kindthread Core Values at all times Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards Essential Qualifications 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months (previous retail experience preferred) Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays PT 12-29 hours weekly Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities) Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and drive sales Has collaborative skills and the ability to work well within a team Strong time management and organizational skills About Us Scrubs & Beyond is the largest retailer of medical apparel in the U.
