Technical Sales Representative

• Atlanta (Based out of ATL/Suburb) Salary: Established representatives earn $100k-$200k+ Red. Role Overview Technical Sales Representatives live and work in their assigned region, championing Red. Built™’s products across the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) community. You’ll develop long-term relationships, influence project specifications, and support structural framing solutions from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Specify efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers Conduct lunch-and-learns and product presentations for design and construction professionals Develop framing concepts, prepare bids, and negotiate project contracts Educate stakeholders on product applicability and align design intent with Red.

Built™ offerings Track and input project leads, bids, activities and KPIs using the company CRM Represent Red. Built™ at industry associations, meetings, and trade shows Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity Skills & Qualifications Deep knowledge of construction industry practices and engineered wood systems Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (Commensurate experience in these fields will be considered) Willingness to travel within the territory and engage with the local AEC community or commercial construction sector If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
